Chamber of Commerce

Lake City Insurance is an active member of the Cold Lake regional Chamber of Commerce since our inception in 2019.  Management and staff all actively participate in all Chamber events including Feast at the Beach, BOYA (Business of the Year Awards), Business mixers and a variety of other events throughout the year.  Feast at the Beach allows for some team building for the staff, as we volunteer selling tickets in the beer gardens for the duration of the event.  Pam has sat on the board of directors since 2020 and is currently in the position of vice chair on the board.

Sports and Recreation

Lake City Insurance supports both local golf courses in Cold Lake by sponsoring a hole on each course.  Management, staff and our families can usually be found on either of the courses during the golfing season.

In 2024, Lake City Insurance co-sponsored a donation with Peace Hills General Insurance for the Hometown Turnaround Project.  We presented a cheque for $10,000 to the Grand Centre Golf and Country Club for the new club house expansion and bar area.

Charities & Non-Profits:

Lake City Insurance participates in the annual Sparkle in the Park event with Hearts for Healthcare.  All staff and familiy take the time out of their busy lives and help set up a display for the event.  We also volunteer one evening of our time to this worthwhile cause by greeting guests to the park and displays.  The Hearts for Healthcare gala is also a large event that we provide some time for volunteering.
